RETURN POLICY
Any unworn and unwashed merchandise is eligible for return and refund in the form of store credit. Items Purchased from eNVioUS Threads are eligible for store credit within 7 calendar days of delivery (ITEMS MUST BE POSTMARKED FOR RETURN WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS).
Any sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE (not eligible for returns or store credit).
The customer is responsible for return shipping of any items.  It is strongly suggested that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Orders CANNOT be changed, edited or cancelled once placed.
CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, unworn  and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags in tact. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be mindful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the merchandise while trying the merchandise on, these types of damages will NOT be accepted.
RETURNS
Please send an email to hello@enviousthreads.com before mailing your return so that we are aware to check our P.O. Box. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email stating whether your return was accepted or denied. If accepted, we will process your return within 5 business days and you will receive a one-time use gift card  in the value of your return, which must be used within 60 calendar days. If your return was denied your item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
